Can I accept a booking if i'm partially available?

  • Bookings should not be accepted unless you can fill the entire request.
  • Do not accept the job first and then ask if your partial availability works. 
    • When you accept a job, you are agreeing to all of the family's needs listed in the booking details as they are written - you're telling the family you can do everything being asked in the booking details.
  • If you can only fill part of the booking, please reach out to Helpr's Support Team and we can ask the client directly if your partial availability works for them!
