How do I adjust the hours worked for a booking?
If you work more or less hours than booked, you can update the billing team through your portal. You must adjust your hours within 24 hours of the booking end time.
- Select "View details" on a booking in the "Completed Bookings" tab in your portal.
- Then select "Adjust hours worked"
- We bill on the quarter hour so please round to the nearest 15 minute mark when reporting hour changes.
- Or you can email support@hellohelpr.com - just make sure to include the booking ID number and the additional or less hours worked.
