Will taxes be taken out of my pay?

We advise all of our families hiring household employees to adhere to the IRS guidelines and remain tax compliant. With that being said, Helpr does not handle taxes, payroll, or whether the family chooses to pay cash. That is completely up to the family and caregiver.
