Who is the employment agreement between?

For part-time & full-time nanny candidates: The employment contract is between you and the family. Helpr does not handle any of the contract details. That is strictly decided by you and the family. 

Backup caregivers are also managed by the family. They will have your information and will reach out when they need care. Families are encouraged to provide you with as much notice as possible.
