Will I get paid if I'm asked to leave early from a care booking?

  • If a client asks you to end a booking early, update your hours in the sitter portal within 24 hours to ensure accurate and timely payment. If you have trouble updating your hours, contact Helpr Customer Support for assistance.
  • Please make sure your hours are accurate. If a client reports discrepancies, Helpr may pause your profile to review your qualifications.
  • If you are asked to leave early due to circumstances beyond your control (such as the child becoming ill), you'll still be paid for the minimum booking time of 4 hours, even if you worked less. If you worked more than 4 hours, you'll be paid for the actual time worked.
  • When adjusting your hours, make sure to provide a brief explanation of what happened to avoid delays in payment.
