How should I contact clients?

  • Please reach out by phone call first.
  • Leave a voicemail if the family doesn’t pick up, and then send a text message with your available times to speak. 
  • If you can’t call within 24 hours, start with a text message introducing yourself and share your availability to connect. 
  • Remember, some communication is always better than no communication.
