Will I get paid if I'm asked to leave early from a care booking?
First, per Helpr policy, please make sure to update the hours of care in your sitter portal. You can do this as soon as care ends for up to 24 hours and if you have trouble, please get in touch with us.
If you are asked to leave early for reasons beyond your control (such as the child is ill), you will receive standard cancellation pay
If you are asked to leave early for conduct issues or policy violations, next steps will be determined by the Helpr team on a case by case basis
